答:爆炸事故产生原因如下:

①压力超出允许值。

① The pressure exceeds the allowable value.

②严重锈蚀、壁厚减薄而强度降低。

② Serious corrosion, wall thickness thinning and strength reduction.

③易爆气体泄漏与空气混合,达到爆炸极限浓度。

③ The explosive gas leaks and mixes with air to reach the explosion limit concentration.

④高温、高压下积炭自燃。

④ At high temperature and high pressure, the carbon deposits ignite.

⑤液击、误操作。

⑤ Liquid hammer, misoperation.




解决措施:

Solution:

①加强管理。

① Strengthen management.

严格按规程操作,调整好安全装置,如安全阀、报警装置等一旦超标即能起跳、报警或自动关机。

Operate in strict accordance with regulations and adjust safety devices, such as safety valve and alarm device, which can jump, alarm or automatically shut down once exceeding the standard.

②充分除锈。

② Fully remove rust.

采用高效空气过滤器及时清除污垢,严防异物进入管网。

Use high efficiency air filter to remove dirt in time and prevent foreign matters from entering the pipe network.

③气缸润滑油量控制适度

③ Proper control of cylinder lubricating oil quantity

润滑油质量应经常检验,排气温度不能超标。油水分离器应经常排放。

The quality of lubricating oil shall be inspected frequently, and the exhaust temperature shall not exceed the standard. The oil-water separator should be drained frequently.

压缩机至后冷却器(或最后一级油水分离器)之间的管道中的气流速度以10~12m/s为宜。

The air flow velocity in the pipeline from the compressor to the aftercooler (or the last oil-water separator) should be 10 ~ 12m / s.

④压缩机在操作过程中,应严格遵守有关安全操作规程。
